Note: You must have an electronic submitter number before you can enroll for AHIN Clearinghouse Services. To obtain an electronic submitter number, enroll online.

Instructions

Step 1: Complete the online enrollment by going to Clearinghouse on the navigation menu and clicking AHIN Clearinghouse Sign Up.

Step 2: Upon approval of the AHIN Clearinghouse enrollment, an email will be sent with instructions to complete the additional payer enrollment form for government and commercial payers.

Step 3: Complete the payer enrollment form and fax to 501-378-2484 or email to APSenrollment@ahin.net.

Note: The form works best in Internet Explorer. For other browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari), click the form link, and save it to your computer. Open the saved form in Adobe Reader, complete it, and click the submit button.
