If you do not have an email address stored on AHIN, or do not remember this email address, enter your user ID below and select the List AUAs button. You must contact your AHIN User Administrator (AUA) to have your password reset.
If you know your email address that is on file with AHIN, enter your user ID and email address and click Submit. An email will be sent immediately, allowing you to proceed with the reset password process.
